Prerequisites:

• Over the age of 50
• Have standard mobility
• Be a patient at Lionville, Gateway, or Paoli Pharmacy with a rewards account
• No Criminal Record
• Obtained Fingerprinting (follow link: Identigo)
• Have agreed to the terms and conditions and have signed consent forms

TOY Session Schedule(time limit: 90 mins)

1. Pair up with a child (buddy)
2. Shop around the store as needed with our TOY cart found at the store entrance
3. Checkout at the front register and pick up prescipritons if needed.
4. Visit the TOY cafe for snacks and refreshments with your buddy
5. Spend time with your buddy with activities found at the TOY center (ex. reading, coloring, or doing a puzzle)

Instructions

1. Visit an Identigo Location for a fingerprinting appointment
2. Fill out the online application below
• Include any health concerns in the message box!
3. Wait to hear back from a pharmacy member after we run a background check and confirm your eligibility
4. Once you have heard back from us watch the training video and frequently asked questions video
5. Visit the pharmacy to sign your consent form and identiy confirmation. PLEASE BRING YOUR ID.
6. You are all set to go please enjoy your time at the pharmacy.
